I Finally Did It TODAY was the BIG Day!

DON’T EVER EVER LET SOMEONE TELL YOU CAN’T DO SOMETHING!  If anything this proves to you that when you set your mind to something and you continue to chip away at it until you hit your goal,dream, or desire!  It can happen!

You just need accountability, and a burning desire.  October 31st, 2009 I made a public promise to not shave or get a haircut until I lost 67lbs.

It took me over a year.  Yes there were times I wanted to quit, and the only reason I didn’t is because of 2 things burning desire and accountability!

I didn’t want to look like a liar or a fool in front of tens of thousands of people.

So if you want something in your life just set your mind to it, and cut out the negative people trying to keep you from achieving your burning desire.  And tell everyone what you’re going to do and do it.

This journey of mine is dedicated to my father Aires Gomes who passed away a couple of years ago and my niece Katerina Nellos who passed away last year, and to all of our health!  Because without HEALTH there is NO WEALTH!

I hope I have inspired you to go out and accomplish your biggest dream.

I truly appreciate you and your support and am grateful for your attention.

My next step is get all this excess flab off me and get completely ripped.

I hope you’ll continue to join me in my journey.

   Hey Anthony,

   I’m REALLY proud of you man.

   I have to say that I have been really inspired watching your weight loss updates…also that you had the guts to go public with it in such a big way by not saving. I can’t imagine how humiliating yet motivating it would be to go for a year without saving like that.

   I showed this to my wife and we both think you look really great with the beard and weight gone. Congratulations. Have a great holiday.
